Ban-evasion is not a good thing, however. It is more likely to get you perma-banned than waiting out your other ban would have been.

I would wait until your other account becomes unbanned, or send a note to an administrator and plea your case.

Anyways, I look forward to seeing some of your artwork, and hopefully you have truly changed and can sort this all out with the administrators. ^_^ :giggle:
